Your URL will NOT be accepted if:

• redirects send users to other sites or pages
• is under construction
• it returns anything other than a "Found 200" response code

To protect our users, we will not accept any URLs that:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringes in any manner any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any party;
• Breach any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of publicity or privacy, or have otherwise resulted in any consumer fraud, product liability, tort, breach of contract, injury, damage or harm of any kind to any person or entity;
• Are false or misleading; and/or
• Are defamatory, libelous, slanderous or threatening.

If a URL is detected as containing any of the above mentioned content, it will be taken out of our Instant Inclusion queue and submitted for review by a member of our team.

Submission charges are as follows :

• 1st Month: FREE trial period
• per page per year: £2

All fees associated with the Instant Inclusion Service are nonrefundable.

The FREE trial period is subject to signing up to the paypal subscription. You may cancel the subscription at any time. The free trial period is not available to users who submit more than 30 URLs.

If you cancel your subscription, your submitted URLs will be removed from the Wotbox search engine with immediate effect.

URLs that have been previously cancelled that are re-submitted within 12 months are subject to a £2 resubmission charge and are not eligible for a free trial period.

URLs submitted before 22 July 2007 are not subject to subscription charges and will remain in the Wotbox index until the page is no longer returning a "Found 200" response code.

The instant inclusion server may occasionally have to be taken offline for essential maintenance. Wotbox endeavours to keep downtime to an absolute minimum. No refunds are given for periods of downtime.
